Return & Refund Policy

All items are made to order. All sales are final except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

All Sales Are Final

All products are made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Please carefully review sizing guides, product details, and your shipping address before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is determined to be a fulfillment error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product


Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided at checkout and the shipment is returned by the carrier, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.


Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is not claimed and is returned to our fulfillment facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened (such as face masks).


Special Notice for Customers in Brazil

Customers residing in Brazil may request a return within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product, in accordance with local consumer protection laws.

To request a return, customers must contact us within this period and provide a photo of the item. Returned items will be evaluated to confirm they have not been used or damaged (even partially). Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged products.


EU Consumer Notice

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items

  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

We reserve the right to refuse returns in these cases.


Governing Language

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
